Background
The country’s continuous economic growth brings the level of Ethiopia to be one of the fastest growing economies in the world which attracts not only foreign investment but also financial support to sustain the development. To this effect the government has introduced a five-year Growth and Transformation Plan for all sectors with a target of a double growth at the end of the program and as a base to reach to a level of middle- income countries by 2025.
